To Check out a Video Tape:

1. Look over the tape listing, found here, and make note of the tape you wish to check out.
2. Highlight the name of the video you wish to check out with your cursor, hold down Ctrl and press C. (This will copy the name into memory)
3. Click on the "Check out a Video" link.
4. Your email system will then open a new window.
5. With your cursor in the subject line, hold down Ctrl and press V. (This will paste the name into the Subject line)
6. In the body of the note, indicate how you wish to pick it up.
7 .Then send your message.
8. The message will be sent to the tape librarian and he will respond to your request.


Getting the Video:

3M'ers may have the video's mailed to them via intercompany mail.
Non-3M'ers can either have the video's brought to the next meeting or arrange with the tape librarian to pick them up.
